Sanitec cleaning services has become one of the leading forces in contract cleaning in our region today. From humble beginnings in 1996 the business was started by owners Nick and Jane Scrivens as a part time home run company.

The service we know today offers the highest standards of efficient cleaning to hundreds of businesses and organizations across the whole of Eastern Counties.

Occupying new offices at Abbey Farm Commercial Park at Horsham St Faiths, Norwich. Sanitec Cleaning Services have expanded to operating a fleet of vehicles and employing over 200 staff.

With a reputation for exceeding customer expectations and offering a first class service at very competitive rates, we believe that around 40% of all new clients approach us through customer recommendations.

One of the driving forces behind the success of Sanitec Cleaning Services has been the dedication of the management team and their commitment to offering the very best in customer care.

Quotations are provided by our Business Development Manager Paul Heseltine. He is a highly experienced member of our Management team who will be pleased to survey your business, discuss your requirements and provide you with a comprehensive and bespoke set of recommendations.

In maintaining our reputation for providing excellent customer satisfaction our dedicated Contract Managers Amie Renaldy, Martin Brett and Lewis Renaldy oversee the general day-to-day smooth operation and implementation of all the services provided. Sanitec management methods are unique and proven, for example on a pre-agreed frequency the appointed area manager will visit to conduct a quality inspection and at the sane time request the completion of a cleaning inspection report on which our customers are encouraged to comment openly and honestly regarding all aspects of our service.

Stock and Chemical control in our main holding Warehouse is managed by our Warehouse Operative Robin Herrick.

I oversee the implementation of safe working practices, developing risk assessments and ensuring adherence to method statements and all associated processes.  I strongly believe that fully trained staff are both safer and more productive.

I have over 10 years experience in providing Health and Safety training in all aspects including COSHH, manual handling, basic food hygiene and Health and Safety in the workplace.  Together with (COPC) Cleaning Operative Proficiency Certification and (FPCC) Food Preparation Cleaning Certification.

This is underpinned with my accreditations to the Chartered Institute of Environmental Health, (BICSc) British Institute of Cleaning Science and The National Examinations Board of Occupational Safety and Health.
