Their duties include providing back up and practical support to our cleaning staff, carrying out regular and unannounced spot quality checks, liaising with our customers to monitor their satisfaction in the quality and delivery of our service In all our contracts we operate a strict system of colour-coding. This system of colour coding is a tried and tested one and is proven to be more hygienic as it assists in the prevention of the cross contamination of germs. The health and safety policies we adopt ensure full compliance to the latest legislative requirements. Detailed method statements and risk assessments are produced wherever required and the adherence to these is closely monitored by our cleaning supervisors.
